Project ABC incorporates various media messages that emphasize the central role of relationships during early childhood and the value of connections (i.e., a system of care) in meeting the mental health needs of children and youth.
The overall message of Project ABC is that very young children with mental health needs and their families are thriving in the community. Early childhood mental health initiatives promote positive child development, prevention, recovery, and resilience for children and their families in need of therapeutic services.
